pressure losses
HELITHERM pipes have smooth internal surface
with small roughness coefficient. As a result, the flow maintained
linear and pressure losses are lower compared to conventional metallic
pipes ones.

heat losses
HELITHERM pipes have small heat transfer coefficient
(ë). As a result, HELITHERM pipes demonstrate lower heat losses to
the environment than those of conventional metallic ones.
> Excellent
mechanical strength
The mechanical strength of HELITHERM pipes and
their fittings is excellent. Particularly, HELITHERM pipes have an
excellent resistance to friction and crashing, and great elasticity.
The International Union of Engineers, approves HELITHERM pipes for
applications in earthquake zones.

deposits / Non-corrosive- Electrolitically neutral
HELITHERM pipes are produced from polypropylene,
which is an electrolitically neutral material. As a result the formation
of deposits in the inner surface of the pipe, is avoided. Due to the
physical and chemical homogeneity of the material, there are no local
galvanic sources on its surface, that could create a potential difference
and an electrochemical corrosion.

HELITHERM pipes conserve their elastic properties
in low temperatures.

of 50 years. This period is depends on the working pressure and temperature.
