HELIDUR SUPER-PIPE
   
DESCRIPTION
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE is a HDPE pipe, with internal and external smooth surfaces and long life resistance. The corrugated inside profile of the pipe makes it an ideal performer for handling overloads. The smooth internal surface (minimal friction coefficient), gives the pipe excellent hydraulic flow properties. The external rigid wall, secures high impact during installation. Joints and connections can be made by either "socket and rubber ring" or by butt fusion method for a "tighter" sewage network.

For underground sewage networks.
 
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE conforms to the requirements of ELOT 1169, DIN 16961, EN/ISO 9971 and 9969, CEN/TC155 /WG14/N328, ASTM F 894 standards.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE has an extremely long life span.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE has excellent resistance to chemical wear, crushing and friction compared to conventional pipes of PVC.
The color of the pipe is black for high solar radiation resistance.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE is an excellent performer during earthquakes, compared to any other concrete or plastic pipes.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE is very light (30-40% lighter than the conventional pipes of PVC) and therefore can be easily transported and handled.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE has excellent mechanical strength and resistance to overloads.
Reduction of the internal diameter of HELIDUR SUPER PIPE during its operation due to deposits, is prohibited thanks to its smooth internal wall surface and chemical neutrality.
It can be connected directly with conventional PVC pipes; all traditional PVC sewage fittings can be used.
Its flexibility compared to conventional pipes, makes it very suitable for relining applications.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE is made of environmentally friendly material, that is 100% recyclable.
HELIDUR SUPER PIPE is produced in lengths of 6 and 12m.
