The Company
“Hellenic Plastics and Rubber Industry, Aristovoulos G. Petzetakis S.A.” after relevant question from the Hellenic Capital Markets Committee, with respect to a
publication in the internet site “Euro2day” titled under “Petzetakis : Initial
agreement with bondholders” and responding accordingly to the clause of article
2 of the decision 5/204/2000 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Committee, as it
currently stands and according to the provision of the specific clauses of the
law 3340/2005, having always in mind the normal operation of the market and the
shareholders protection, announces that, the Company is under the phase of
preliminary negotiations with a new Foreign Investment Group, aiming at the
Company’s financial restructuring.
However, the Company at this stage is not in a position to formally commit about the
outcome, positive or not, of these
negotiations as well as for a specific time plan.
