Aristovoulos G.
Petzetakis S.A. announces the appointment of Mrs Panoutsou Nicolitsa, as
Internal Auditor of the Group (parent company and subsidiaries) in order
to monitor internal processes for the Subsidiaries of the Group, the
applicability of agreed commercial policies and processes,
the review of purchases of raw materials and equipment as well as the
evaluation of credit risk in the affiliates. Mrs Panoutsou Nicolitsa is a
graduate of Economics from the University of Athens, with Master Degree in
International Banking and Finance from the University of Cardiff and has
prior work experience as auditor for the Greek Registered Auditors Association.
In addition,
Aristovoulos G. Petzetakis S.A. announces the appointment of Mr Haviarlis
Ioannis, as Controller and Group Cost Accountant. Mr. Haviarlis is a
graduate of Economics from the University of Athens, with Master Degree in
Business Administration from the University of Glamorgan in Wales with
previous experience in a multinational Company.
