Aristovoulos G. Petzetakis S.A. announces that further to a relevant request by the

Company’s Bondholders «Schroder Credit Renaissance Fund Ltd.», «Schroder Credit

Renaissance Fund LP», “Cr Renaissance Partners Fund”  &  «P. Schoenfeld Asset

Management, LLC (THRACIA LLC)», the Board of Directors of the company accepted

to extend for 14 days, thus for 1.06.2010  the automatic conversion of 1/3 of the

bonds of the Convertible Bond of 17,5 million Euro ,date by which the Company

assumes that the sale and purchase of the  above mentioned  bonds by the investor

will  be signed.
