APPOINTMENT OF NEW CEO -APPOINTMENT OF NEW INDEPENDENT NON EXECUTIVE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Aristovoulos G. Petzetakis S.A. announces , that the main shareholder in view of the forthcoming capital increase of the Company proposed and the Board of Directors approved and has appointed:

1)      As Managing Director Mr. Alex Reinhart, Swiss citizen, Economist with an MBA from the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland ,who has been employed since 1984 at senior executive positions in multinational groups such as A.C.NIELSEN, LISTA inc and  OTEX  Ltd in which he has been working as President and Managing Director from 1997 to 2009.

2)      As Independent Non Executive Member Dr. Remi- Felix Notter, Swiss citizen, Director of Loans and member of the Executive committee of the  Swiss bank Neue Privat bank , who has also been employed in UBS and IBI.

3)      As independent Non executive member, the chartered accountant Mr. Dimitrios Vernardakis with extensive experience in the audit of listed Companies and refinancing projects.
