“AG Petzetakis SA” announces with regards to the capital injection of the Group that, the New Financing of the Group is implemented by the company named LaCandela Financial Services Ltd, which manages funds of the Foreign Investment Fund, named Javes SA.

Regarding the inflow of 7 million Euro, the stated amount has been deposited with a Swiss Bank. The release of funds has not yet been completed due to the fact that typical legal procedures were pending and this amount will be collected no later than Wednesday, 10.11.2010.

The Foreign Bondholers are fully aware of the procedures implemented by Javes SA and in the coming days notice will be given, regarding signing of the final contractual documentation.
