With reference to further information received from the Foreign Investment Fund, Javes S.A. and further to the   company’s recent announcements, regarding the new financing, «A.G. Petzetakis S.A. », announces the following:

1.  1. The foreign investment fund has invited  through the bondholder agent ,the National bank of Greece, the foreign bondholders ,to a meeting  to be held in 26.01.2011 in Zurich  in order to present its  final proposal for the purchase of all  their  bonds.

2.  2. The presentation of the final proposal on behalf of the investment fund will be made by Exane/BNP - PARIBAS, Zurich, and in the meeting lawyers of Blum & Grob will also be present .
