 28/03/2008 - Mr. George Katsaros elected new non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

Hellenic Industry of Plastics and Rubber, Aristovolos G. Petzetakis S.A. (the Company) announces that during its Board Meeting on 27.3.2008 Mr. George Katsaros, economist, was elected as the new independent non-executive Board Member of the Company replacing the resigned Board Member Mr. Evagelos Papazoglou, who remains the Procurements Director of the Company.

Mr. George Katsaros holds a Batchelor in Economic Studies and completed postgraduate studies in UK and France (Masters and MBA). He has worked for ΕΤΕΒΑ Bank and Bank of America and as the General Manager of Societé Générale. Since 2003 he is an Advisor to the Management of EFG Eurobank Ergasias and the Chairman of the Central Credit Committee of the Bank.
