 29/01/2008 - Ánnouncing the agreement between the Company, its subsidiaries, its principal shareholder and its bank creditors and foreign investment funds.

Hellenic Industry of Plastics and Rubber, Aristovolos G. Petzetakis S.A. confirming today’s press announces the agreement between the Company, its subsidiaries, its principal shareholder and its bank creditors and foreign investment funds owning Company’s debt obligations for the Euro 104,4 mln debt restructuring and the Euro 17,5 mln new financing. Due to the fact that all agreements and legally binding documents are currently being signed, the details of the said agreement, which totals Euro 121,91 mln, will be announced within the next 24 hours.
