Pursuant to article 27 para 3 of Law 3556/2007, Aristovoulos G. Petzetakis S.A. announces that its main shareholder, Mr. George Petzetakis, son of Aristovoulos, Board Chairman, informed the Company on 28.9.2007 in writing, pursuant to article 27 para 2 of Law 3556/2007, that he holds 6,091,202 common registered shares and same number of voting rights (directly: 6,091,202, indirectly: 0), i.e. 24.407% of the Company’s share capital.
