31/03/2008 - Announcing the disposal of its shareholding in its subsidiary “Kavala Plastics A.B.E.E”.

Hellenic Industry of Plastics and Rubber, Aristovolos G. Petzetakis S.A. (the Company) announces that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding relating to the disposal of its 100% shareholding in its subsidiary Kavala Plastics S.A. The completion of this shares’ transfer is subject to particular conditions, including the issue by the purchaser of a construction permit regarding a real estate property of the above subsidiary. The disposal proceeds will be used to repay debt of at least € 3.8 mln owing by the subsidiary to other Group subsidiaries.
